Who you are buying from

Kubal is not the seller. Each product on this shop is sold by the company named on its page, and that company is the seller of record for your order. Your contract is with them.

Checkout, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are all theirs. Their return, refund and cancellation policies are shown on every product page, and their grievance officer is named there too.

What the creator does

The creator running this shop chooses which products to show and writes what they say about them. They earn a commission from the seller when you buy through their shop. That commission does not change what you pay.

Prices

Prices are set by the seller and shown inclusive of all taxes. The price you pay is the one on the seller's own checkout at the moment you pay; if it differs from the one here, theirs is the one that counts.

If something goes wrong

Use the help form on this shop or write to the seller's grievance officer directly. We pass your message to the seller and keep a record that we did so, but we cannot refund you, cancel your order or ship you a replacement, because none of those are ours to do.
